For over 8 + years, the Physics of Hockey: Sliding Friction and Momentum on ICE  (www_hockey on tripod) has brought forth the propitious educational offerings, and it all had to do with the physics of hockey and mysterious, half-truths and riddles pertaining to ice, itself. We have kept everyone in tune with the ongoing research, as well as, the humbling nature of how Physicists uncovered the bits and pieces that only compel us to ask for more answers. What started out in winter of 2001 as a humbling physics presentation showcased online, along with its field experiment and results, had reached a global audience. I heart your glorious espousal of both ice and physics. In 2009:Q2, amid the bottoming out of the financial crisis, I've come back to introduce WEB 2.0, and hopefully, HockeyPhysics 3.0, for you aficionados will be in the works.

Hockey Physics 2.0 will come out shortly!
